Description
In the Bodegas Valduero they select the best grapes from vines aged between 15 to 25 years. Following that, after a traditional vinification, the wine ages for 30 months in American, French and European oak barrels. Finally, Valduero Reserva rests for 18 months in the bottle. A wine from Ribera del Duero with a great storage capacity. Sight An attractive cherry maroon colour, intense and high robe. Clean and bright with elegant tears on the glass. Nose Complex, intense, and very fine, with a high concentration of black fruit, very well integrated with notes from its ageing. A great range of spices open out, giving us notes of sweet spices, coffee, chocolate, tobacco, good cedar wood and nice toasted notes. A light balsamic background with a slightly floral touch. Taste This classic red wine is elegant and serious, tasty and fleshy, with a very good balance between the fruit and the wood. On the palate it is smooth and silky. Perfect acidity and powerful, ripe tannins. A long finish, leaving fruity and balsamic sensations.
