Jeunesse Cabernet Sauvignon displays a vibrant ruby color, soft texture and perceived sweetness on the palate, with aromas of fresh berry, cherry and floral notes. In an effort to produce a wine that exhibits this kind of character, we cold fermented ripe grapes in exclusively stainless steel tanks.
