Quinta Siete, a family vineyard, with roots dating back to Northern Italy, follows the highest standards of preparation for all of its wines and other finished products. The fermentation process is responsibly implemented, stretching across the 7 days necessary for grapes’ juice to transform into a harmonious wine. The wood that is used is also fundamental to the process, as slight touches of oak enhance the wine to help form a strong body, alluring aroma, and rich color. The number 7 in antiquity referred to perfection and balance; the number 7 would be represented by the 7 wonders of the world, 7 musical notes, 7 seas, the 7 days of the week, and Q7 – humbly – seeks to emulate the same harmony and perfection in their wines through the knowledge gained by many years of experience and hard work.
