Made exclusively using grapes from our Hirondelle Estate Vineyard, this exceptional wine displays the nuanced complexity of a great Bordeaux blend. It includes 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot, with an approximate vine age of 22 years for the Cabernet. To capture the graceful essence of our estate vineyard, this wine was aged for 24 months in the finest French oak barrels (50% new). On the palate, this impeccably balanced wine reveals complex layers of forest fruits, dark espresso and vanilla, all underscored by velvety Stags Leap District tannins.
