Description
The 2012 is a great Burgundy vintage. The wines are rich, fine and elegant with a great balance. The aromas of mature Chardonnay are balanced with the minerality of the soil. It requires five to seven years in order to develop its entire range of aromas and is a great accompaniment to fish, starters and white meats. Grape variety: Chardonnay Average age of the vines: 35 years. Pressing of the entire grapes in a pneumatic press. Fermentation: 20% in new oak barrels and 80% in one- to five-year-old oak barrels.
