Description
The grapes for this Chardonnay are picked near the appellation of Meursault. It is fruity and round and can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to charcuterie, chicken and grilled fish. A great wine to enjoy with friends. Grape Variety: Chardonnay. Average age of the vines: 30 years. Pressing of the entire grapes in a pneumatic press. Indigenous yeasts. Fermentation for 8 to 10 weeks in oak barrels, 15 to 20 % of which are new.
