Description
“Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented on oak staves, after which, a portion of was ultra-filtered to refine tannins and remove bitterness while retaining structure and increasing concentration. Following fermentation, a portion of the wine was aged in 4,000-gallon oak casks in our underground cellar.” ~ Winery notes
