Description
The 2015 vintage came in fast and early with loose clusters and small berries ripening rapidly in the heat. Solid canopies and low tonnage helped flavors come into balance, which resulted in concentrated wines that showed true Cabernet Sauvignon varietal characteristics. WINEMAKER NOTES Our flavors are dark, rich, and audacious. Dark berries layered with luscious vanilla and mocha to round out the palate. The tannins are soft enough to add balance, while giving structure and depth. WINEMAKING Aged 100% in new French oak Blend: 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 10% Zinfandel, 3% Syrah, 1% other reds Alc: 13.5%
