Blend Information Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Cinsaut In The Vineyard Sourced from a multi-vineyard blend in the Western Cape region. The soils are mostly clay loam to granite and shale. About The Harvest Harvest commenced on 21 March and completed on 4 April according to variety and region. In The Cellar Fermentation initiated in stainless tanks and underwent a series of pump-overs until dry. Further maceration before drawing off and light pressing. The wine spent 14 months in French oak barrels of which 10% was new. Balance in 2nd, 3rd & 4th fill barrels.
