Description
A cuvée that successfully introduces emotions and the special, unmistakable flavour of wine skilfully produced to enhance the characteristics of the native grape varieties of a unique area, at the foot of the Pre-alps of Veneto, where Mionetto has been based since 1887. These flavours and aromas have vanished over the years but now Mionetto reintroduces them in its Cuvée Sergio 1887, in line with excellent quality standards. A delicate straw yellow, with a very distinctive bouquet that marries together impressions of honey and wild apple. The palate, dry and pleasantly bitterish, is moderately full-bodied, yet attractively lean, thanks to a well-calibrated acidity. It releases a slender but dense bead of pin-point bubbles.
