Description
Bennett Valley Sauvignon Blanc is fermented at cold temperatures in a combination of stainless steel tanks, in seasoned French oak foudre and barrels. All blocks of this vintage were fermented in separate vessels to continue flavor diversification. It’s an exotic wine that delivers powerful aromas of Asian pear, white grapefruit, lychee, lime and guava. The palate is quite powerful and beautifully framed by the brisk acidity.
