Vanilla notes on the finish. Marius Rouge is a wine that combines power, complexity and elegance. The Syrah endows it with warmth, robustness and a lovely blue-red hue. The Grenache brings a natural sweetness, balancing the whole. Harvesting takes place during the day and the natural early autumn heat is beneficial for the harvest. Fermentation takes place in oak wood.
