TEMPRANILLO GRAPES. From vines that are over 80 years old at altitudes between 3,000 and 3,200 feet in loamy soils predominantly chalky. COLOR: Cherry Red, Intense and Brilliant. NOSE: Complex and Elegant predominating red and black fruits with balsamic notes. PALATE: Silky, Greasy, Sweety and full palate. Ripe tannins and intense balsamic and roasted coffee notes. PAIRING: Wild Game, roasted meats and very mature cheeses.
