A classic, fruity wine from De Ladoucette, which is the perfect partner to fish dishes and salad varieties. Especially recommended to the original “Plat de Fruits de Mer”, as one gets it in most restaurants in Paris, peppered with oysters, shrimps, bulot, mussels and crabs.
