GUENOC 2015 PINOT NOIR The 2015 vintage was another long and dry growing season. However, due to mild summer temperatures, the fruit came in with high acidity while still allowing it to ripen to full maturity. Our 2015 Pinot Noir has cherry, white pepper and spice flavors accompanied by hints of oak on the palate. This wine has a bright acidity with soft tannins and a smooth finish of concentrated red fruit flavors. This Pinot goes well with grilled ribs, salmon or light pasta dishes. Varietal: 91% Pinot Noir, 9% Other Reds Appellation: California Alcohol: 13.5%
