WINEMAKING: The Sauvignon Blanc fruit for this particular wine was sourced predominantly from the Awatere Valley sub-region of Marlborough, known for o ering more dry herb notes and rich texture. e fruit was harvested in the cool of the night and then pressed on receipt into the winery. e free run juice was inoculated with a carefully selected yeast strain and fermented in stainless steel to retain the vibrant fresh fruit characters of the wine. WINEMAKER’S NOTES: This inaugural vintage of the Greg Norman Estates Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc o ers bright and generous avors of grapefruit, fresh citrus and tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit. e wine is light and avorful on the palate with balanced, refreshing acidity. is is an elegant style of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and incredibly food friendly.
