Bué soils tend to have more clay and produce more full bodied and rounded wines, which is very well represented in Franck Millet Wines. Franck and his wife Betty are the third generation of “Sancerrois” produce pitch-perfect versions of the three colors of Sancerre – red, white, and rosé. They recently acquired vines in the Menetou-Salon Appellation on the best Kimmeridgian soils. Wines often receive Gold Medals in the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, which is one of the most Prestigious French Wine Classification.
