Classic, steely Chablis from the excellent Gérard Tremblay, who uses old vine fruit and careful winemaking to preserve flavour, purity and minerality. Steely, fresh, bright; green apple and citrus flavours with good minerality; clean and flavoursome. A typical example of Chablis from Gérard Tremblay, entirely fermented and aged in stainless steel. Tremblay is an excellent producer who uses top quality fruit – the average age of the vines is 20 years. Bottled ready to drink. Try it with fish and seafood courses.
