Prosecco has been the most popular Italian wine for the last years, due to its freshness, crispness, and flexibility. As wine consumers become more acquainted with this sparkling wine, the market is asking for (and deserving of) more sophisticated Proseccos. Our head oenologist, Fabio Dall’Armellina, a graduate from the prestigious Scuola Enologica di Conegliano, has spent a lot of time and dedication to obtain an exquisite blend that enhances the aroma, texture, body and finish of our wine. Dall’Armellina DOC Brut is an unique Prosecco that combines Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes. This ‘blending’ of Glera with Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco produces a sparkling wine that has a more complex and robust taste and aroma, yet it maintains the crispness, liveliness, and the same characteristics that have made Prosecco such a popular wine.
