(Pfefferl) This wine of our estate is the quintessence of a typical Grüner Veltliner of our wine growing region, the Kamptal area. It is characterized by a charming taste of fruit and is a real pleasure for friends of this variety, who like to drink this wine young. The Grüner Veltliner Strassertaler reflects a cross section of the major vineyards of Strass. Here primarily slate, gravel and loss soil with some elements of lime stone produce a dignified Veltliner of the Strassertal valley who shows the great potential of its soils.
